Made from fresh goat milk harvested from grass-fed goats who live on farm with no other animals on pesticide-free land, while drinking apple cider vinegar in their water daily.

How it is made:

The cream from the goat milk is churned into butter and then ever so gently simmered for several hours. While the small batches simmer, the goat milk/goat milk solids, protein and lactose sink to the bottom of the steam-fired kettle leaving behind the most pure butter oil on the face of the earth.

With a smoke point of 485 degrees Fahrenheit, you can cook and bake til your heart's content. It can never, ever go rancid, and liquifies at 76 degrees Fahrenheit. It can go from liquid to solid or solid to liquid many times over and the integrity and taste will not change.

Mom's Butter contains just 1 single ingredient-Goat Ghee and has zero Trans-Fats.
